The first fun of this summer vacation [Summer Vacation Kisadani Adventure Fest]!
◎Kisadani is full of beautiful nature nurtured by clear streams.◎The crystal-clear 'Kisa no Ogawa' as described in Manyoshu.◎Let's make fishing rods together and enjoy fishing, playing in the river, catching insects and hiking!(See leaflet for details)
□Sunday, 22 July 2018, 10 a.m.~ 'Summer Vacation Kisadani Adventure Fest' will be held.
□Place:Kisadani, Yoshino Town (Kisadani Training Centre)
□Participation fee:Free for children under primary school age, ¥1,500 for primary schools students, ¥2,500 for Adults
□Reception etc.:Reception 9.30 a.m.~ Begins at 10:00 a.m. Scheduled to be disbanded at around 3.00 p.m.

Ruins of a large building from the first half of the Nara period at the Miyataki site, Nara: 'The Phantom Yoshino Palace?'
 The remains of a large building dating from the first half of the Nara period were found at the Miyataki site, which is considered a prime candidate for the Yoshino Palace (detached palace) visited by several emperors from the Asuka to Nara periods, including Emperor Temmu and Emperor Shomu, and is believed to have been built to the standard permitted only for emperor's palaces.
